At this time we do NOT accept insurance. We do have affordable monthly membership pricing, which includes treatment, repeat lab work, and follow up appointments once established as a patient. We are also happy to provide a printed super bill for reimbursement.
What services do you provide?

We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., closed daily for lunch 12-1pm.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?
YES! We are now located in Lynn Haven! New location, same great service. If you have had labs drawn in the last 6 months please let us know when you are booking your new consultation appointment. ALL consultations will have a nonrefundable $100 fee and due at the time of booking OR at first appointment time. Initial lab draw will be $199.
